What is NBN?
Norwest Business Network (NBN)NBN commenced operations in Norwest Business Park in July 2008.
On 5th August, 2008 Norwest Business Network (NBN) was incorporated as an organisation.
NBN operates under a Membership Committee Team (MCT). The MCT are there to assist members in their "referral marketing programme". The MCT are local and involved in the business of NBN so it is in their interest for members to be successful and profitable.
This NBN website will offer NBN members an opportunity to network, promote their business through the unique "trade category" listing, and make new contacts both. What is NBN?NBN (Norwest Business Network) is a business referral organisation based in Norwest Business Park whose primary purpose is to assist its local members to find and exchange qualified business referrals for each other and develop word-of-mouth marketing techniques.
Word of Mouth Marketing
Word-of-mouth marketing is the best advertising there is!
For less than the price of a cup of coffee each day, NBN enables members to maximise their referral business whilst minimising their advertising expenditure.
NBN provides a structured and supportive system of giving and receiving business. It does this by providing an environment in which personal relationships can be developed with dozens of other qualified business professionals.
By establishing this "formal" relationship with other people, each member has the opportunity to substantially increase his or her business.
How does it operate?
If you run a small or medium sized business, or operate in a sales or marketing function in a larger business, chances are that you could build your sales revenues substantially networking.
Becoming a member of NBN is like instantly acquiring a new team of sales people who are constantly on the lookout for referral opportunities for your business.
NBN allows only one person per business category to join the organisation.
NBN meetings are held weekly over breakfast from 7.30 am to 9.00 am at the Nexus Cafe in Norwest at a cost of $15 per member per week. Just like any other "business", it is expected that our members attend every meeting and in circumstances where they can't, a substitute can be sent.
Success in NBN takes time. It is all about building long-term relationships with your fellow members and developing a good understanding of their businesses.
Your Investment
There are two investments required to join NBN.
Firstly, there is a "once off" registration fee which is $250.00
Secondly, there is an annual participation fee, which is payableannually:
- 1st Year Annual Fee = $400 - payable with registration fee
- 2nd Year & onwards = $400 - payable on joining date anniversary
